Why does my tinder not work? Been at it for almost a year now and I've gotten nothing from it. I occasionally get a match but the conversation always fizzles and I never hear from them ever again

1. What haircut should i get? I don't have beadhead in this photo, it's just my natural hairline, how do I fix this?
