you mean receding hairline early stages, chubby cheeks from too much beer fueled laziness, inspite of slightly dead look in them and bags from too many late nights eyes are ok.

add some weathering and wrikles to skin, greys to hair add few yeras of sagging to eye bags, unstraighten nose and tennis ball head guy is doppelganger.
