Does anyone feel that tinder is actually harder than hitting on someone somewhere?

In pictures, I float around 4/10-6.5/10, but In real life I've approached and attracted more women than then number of responses from someone on tinder.

Don't listen to that other guy, pictures 1 and 4 are your best profile pic options. The bio is well done and not too long at all. It sums you up well. The only thing I would take out is the back rubbing thing, it's kind of unrelated. Leave in the cult classic movies part, that's a good detail about your personality. Also it doesn't matter if you're getting less matches. You want match quality, not quantity.

Not to be a dick, but it looks like you have somewhat soft facial features and pics 1 and 2 make it worse because of the expressions and angles, they look too innocent/cute/feminine.

Pic 3 looks great, its a good angle as it from below making it feel like the person looking at the photo is looking up to you, your expression is normal compared to the "cute" expressions in pics 1 and 2, and overall you just look cool in pic 3, its a good picture, should be your first without a doubt.

I've reset my tinder, which immediately got 5 matches. I've been talking to three of them, got numbers etc, but only one of them seems interested in meeting. The pictures aren't bad but 2, 3 and 4 all look like they were taken on the same day which may come off as a little bit boring to some people. I do like 1, but it's a little bit high contrast and is hiding a lot of your face. Consider how rapidly some people may flick through photos, if the first thing they see is something unclear they may not even give themselves the chance to look further. Even if you only have a few hobbies it's worth mentioning or showing them, otherwise you just come off as a little bit dull. I'm not by any means an expert but I can imagine a fair few girls are liable to swipe left after seeing photos of a dude with other girls, especially with how close you are to one of them. I myself don't doubt that you're likely just friends but if they even consider that you're already in a relationship then it's as easy as swiping left to never have to deal with the potential ramifications of hooking up with an already taken guy.
