Because people want to be one of the first one rated to get a lot of them. Notice how the ones who regularly post are the first few ones and don't post after and ones that are already somewhat active they don't post.

This, but it's not their fault. It's the faggots that post and don't rate. I'm always near the bottom and rate 5+ recent posters, but others seldom do the same.

It's just a face that the first few posters will get 10+ rates while the 50th+ posters will get a handful at max.

Hate the system, not the players.
