I got placed on extended probation at work. I moved cities for this job, gave up a lot. An extra 3 months of uncertainty is a suckerpunch.
The worst thing is, they didn't give me any real reason why. They said it was their fault and apologised. When i pushed for more they maintained the same rhetoric.

So I'm uncertain about having a job and i dont know what i need to do to make it better.
sucks.

Never take that for granted. I loved my last job, loved the people too. I don't regret leaving to try something else, because how else do you know your limitations. Just saying i'm not sure i appreciated how lucky i was with the people & the job. Good people > good money (within reason)
