You don't seem to be getting many responses. Rhetoric is both art and a tool that allows for effective and persuasive communication. Depending on how the Rhetor ( user) chooses to use it, it can hide or emphasis certain elements of an argument in order to garner support. It often has a negative connotation as meaningless, flowery or exaggerative words, but that is not necessarily fair. As a tool it can be used in many ways. The best of which is to create a strongly persuasive argument and to rationally refute counter arguments.

P sure that's the art of lying outright without so much as blinking, yelling loudly enough to drown out opposing arguments, being morally bankrupt, being ethically bankrupt, posturing as an eternally oppressed victim, sincerely believing yourself to be well educated, virtue signaling, rejecting accountability, having a shit sense of humor, having little to no common sense, whining frequently, acting against your own self interest long term, growing perplexingly smug while openly embarrassing yourself, and calling facts/statistics/everyone who disagrees with you a racist sexist bigot until you get your way.
