So when you ipconfig /release and /renew you change your dynamic IP. But you still get a static IP from your ISP. It's that IP that is banned. This is what you need to change, which can be trickier than just unplugging router and so on.

I started counting how many cams I have to go through to find a woman on the unmoderated section. I'd say 50:1 is a conservative estimate for the ratio of males to females, depending on time of day.
