Finished ASOIAF and now I have no idea what to do with my life, is Lovecraft any interesting? How do I get into it

I enjoy Lovecraft, but you'll hear a lot of different opinions on him from different people, and his stuff isn't for everyone.

that jumps out at you and start reading.

Right now I'm reading The Dinosaur Lords by Victor Milan and Three by Jay Posey because they looked interesting on the bookstore shelf, and Acceptance by Jeff Vandermeer because the first two books in the trilogy were top notch.

Started reading the final book of the Dark Tower series today - loving it.

I've got the first 3 books of the Witcher series ready for when I'm done, and then I plan on finally reading the hobbit. Although I might read a Terry Pratchett book in between for a more light hearted break.
