THE 100-1 CHALLENGE

All you have to do is to count slowly down from 100 all the way down to 1, as you masturbate. The challenge is to try and hold back your orgasm until you reach 1, and then come for us delightfully.
Sounds easy, but it's harder than you think - generally about a third of the guys make it to 1, and two thirds come before they reach 1. Can you do it?
For the record, it's totally okay to come before you get to 1 if you want to, it's just more fun for you if you at least try to hold it back as long as you can...

-------------------

EDGING--Masturbating as close to getting off without getting off as you can. Some like to rinse/repeat and do this over the span of a few days or weeks until they can't take it anymore, others just do once in a single session leaving themselves unfulfilled, and some do it repeatedly in a single session until they get off.- Why try this? For some it's about willpower, for some masochism, others it's just about the fun of driving themselves out of their mind with sexual frustration until they can't take it anymore which listeners usually quite enjoy.

------------

REMEMBER:

WE LOVE REQUESTS. No matter how stupid, off topic, kinky, weird or wonderful you may think your request is. If you have a fetish, a need for a lullaby, desire for a joke, or a script you want read- you're bound to find a bevvy of male performers willing to satisfy your every whim.

If you don't post your desires, we can't fulfill them- so don't be shy.

>>
Request:

I'd like to hear a modern version of the prima nocta. You're my boss, and there's always been a mutual attraction between you and my fiancee. Given that my job is in your hands, you've told us that you'll be consummating our marriage, and I that I'll get sloppy seconds at best.

I'm up for just about any kink in this. SPH, raceplay (I'm white), impreg, orgasm denial, forced bi(!), dehumanization(!), I'm game for however you want to take this.

Doing this just because I would probably never do things like that. And in the hope it can help in case. Not sure how related it is in real life, and I'm being inappropriate here, but fasting is your best friend, google about intermittent fasting. (14/16-hours fasting - 10/8 eating)

No way man I really, really liked it. Your voice has a gruffness to it that makes it so much more real. Maybe it's your accent (London? sorry I can't place it, I'm from Ireland).

Plus it told a story, and I love stories. I'll save this for the next time I feel like I need a hard man. Thanks so much! If you ever feel like making more, I'd be eternally grateful (and a bit wet).

<REQUEST!>

Requesting someone, anyone to record anything, absolutely anything from Hamilton the broadway hiphop musical about one of the founding fathers of America.

I myself love Guns and Ships, Schuyler Sisters, Alexander Hamilton and Farmer Refuted. But any of the songs would be great!
>>
As the other thread is archived and I can't reply there.

>My aim is to make sure someone who was >enthusiastic enough about what we do here to >make a request, silly though it may have >been, wasn't made to feel entirely unwelcome >by someone who felt like leaving snide >comments was a worthwhile endeavor.

So noble. Get over yourself.

The criticism I made had nothing to do with their request or how "silly" it was, the point I actually did make was perfectly valid. Perhaps unlike you, they have a thicker skin and were perfectly fine with it.

It's hypocritical that your own meaningless response about "character" was far more snide and unnecessary.

Your interest seems more in being self-righteous.

Even jumping in to defend someone who didn't ask for, nor seemed bothered by my reply, illustrates that getting needlessly offended on another's behalf, to show how comparatively virtuous you are, is your genuine motivation.

Which is ironic in its self interest.

I'm sorry my use of sarcasm #TRIGGERED you. I don't subscribe to your "safe space" mentality however. Sarcasm is a fun tool of language, and can be used to great effect to underline a point. Toughen up.

>"You still haven't answered the question: how did leaving that comment make you feel?"

I feel absolutely fine about it, I think that should be obvious, and therefore thought it was a silly question worth ignoring. It doesn't require over-analysis, despite how eager you may be to play amateur psychologist.

I also understand that in reality the question is just another passive-aggressive attempt to condescend and take the high ground.

>I suppose this also might be a good time to say, if you can't take it, don't dish it out."

Replying to and disagreeing with you doesn't indicate I "can't take it". That is an extremely cheap way to try and undermine someone.

Perhaps if you don't want to instigate a back and forth in future, refrain from defensively jumping to the rescue with glib yet empty rhetoric.
>>
Do these threads usually move this slow?

I came to the last one pretty late, but it had over 400 comments and some interesting prompts/poems etc... was hoping to get in on this one early and do some reads, but no one is posting.
>>
>>24119333

I'm literally cackling at this.

When you figure out why, maybe you can too.

Take it easy.
>>
>>24119374

It has been awfully slow for the past day. Could be people are busy. If you feel like hitting up some of those prompts though go right ahead. People will be by soon enough to let you know how they enjoyed things:D

>>
>>24119386

Probably a defence mechanism because it hits the mark and you have no retort.

Or that acting in a condescending and dismissive way helps feed your superiority complex.

You too.
>>
Why even argue about stuff? If a shithead posts some snide underage ban comment, just ignore them. It works extremely well in real life and it works even better on the internet.
>>
>>24119438

But if you ignore a comment you don't like, how can you let everyone else know you are better than them?
>>
>>24119449
Maybe I am not better than other people.

Hi!

https://soundcloud.com/doitus/a-team-2-better-but-bad-end

I like to sing songs where the plucking or strumming is rather simple and I tend to sing with a soft voice.

A small sample of songs I know:

goo goo dolls: iris
ed sheeran: cold coffee
jeff buckley version: hallelujah (can pluck but might not do the entire song, fingers get tired)
radiohead: high and dry, creep
pink floyd: Wish you were here
eagles: hotel california

GUESS WHO'S BACK BITCHES??? That's right, it's me, Nightingale! After a long ass hiatus and mountains of writers block, I'm finally having a creative spark to do what I do best around here, and that's writing scripts for villainous shenanigans!!

I'm working on rewriting and adding to the Princess Script, as well as the long awaited Willy Wonka Script, and so much more.

Fan of Fandoms? Want more scripts to cater to your favorite character impressions? WELL GUESS WHAT'S COMING MOTHERFUCKERS? I've already got a few Undertale and Steven Universe scripts in the works, as well as some delicious Legend of Korra (BEST VILLAINS AROUND). I'm open to suggestions, just give me a shout!!

Here's my previous script pastebin, most of the sound clips are expired. If the original recorders wanna do updated versions however, I won't turn them down ;D I'll be working on making a new pastebin soon with a more organized layout

http://pastebin.com/NK6wVefG

Now I have one simple request for you sexy men, to get the creative juices flowing:

"Oh Darling...I'm going to make you regret trying to steal away my Princess~"

HI EVERYBODY! Catch up... whoo boy.

>>24084493

Albrecher: The pacing on this one was good. The pain in your voice sounded real. The desperation was pretty moving. Good job.

>>24085564
>https://soundgasm.net/u/midnightrambler/You-Maid-a-Mistake
MR: You sounded pleased at the beginning, not nearly annoyed enough. By the end, you seem to be more into it. Those groans were pretty amazing...

>>24085760
>http://chirb.it/H8m1JO
Abel: This was pretty matter-of-fact to begin with. I felt like I was being read to rather than being comforted. Once you softened your voice, it got more believable.

>>24087108
>http://chirb.it/4b88sM
Albrecher: The yawn at the beginning was a good touch. Your voice is comforting when you speak slowly like that. I really enjoyed this one. When you said it was safe, I believed you.
Albrecher: The commanding tones you used in the intro carry over to the "pleasure" parts and makes you sound a little angry. The psychology behind this one is hard, but if you think about it, I think you can get better results. Overall, still a very good recording.

>>24089018

IMPROVED PRINCESS SCRIPT PART ONE
"Chloroform Lullabye"

(In a melodic tone) Found princess... (place cloth over her mouth) That's it dear, don't fight it...just breathe it in...(chuckle softly) You know, you were very difficult to track down this time, but I must admit the chase was fun. (voice starts to fade/distort) However, we both knew it would come to this...I will always find you...because you are mine...(hum softly and pleasantly until voice completely fades, preferably to the melody "Sing Sweet Nightingale")

Part Two: Sing Sweet Nightingale

(Start by humming the tune to "sing sweet nightingale" from cinderella then eventually add lyrics)

High above...Oh, sing sweet nightingale
Sing sweet nightingale...Ahhh

(Pause, a smirk) Ah, finally awake princess? Aww, you look so cute when you're drowsy. (pause) Hmm? Oh no, the gag stays in until I know that I can trust you again. (take a moment to sniff her hair)
Mmm it's been awhile since you ran away from me, so I think we should get reacquainted. Start over from the beginning, don't you agree?
(Give time to pick up a whip and show it to her) Do you remember this? Oh, you're trembling! Shhhh...hush darling, you know that this is for your own good. You ran away because I didn't discipline you correctly. So, I need to remind you where you belong and why you should never..ever..go against me.
(take a moment to step behind her and chuckle darkly) Now go to your happy place little one...(whip crack and start to sing again) Sing sweet nightingale...(whap!) Sing sweet nightingale...(whap!) High above...

Part Three: Adorable Little Masochist

(One last whip) There there, calm down...we're all done with that part..(walk around to her front, hushing and comforting) Let's kiss away those tears now love...(two soft gentle kisses, one on each cheek)

You were very beautiful in your agony my princess. Such beautiful cries of pain once you let yourself go and surrendered to my whip. Just like old times...(pause to glide hand down her front, feeling between her legs) What's this? You're all wet down here...Did you enjoy that, pet? Did it turn you on to feel the lash of my whip into your back? (Lean close into her ear and whisper gruffly) Did you secretly miss it?
(chuckle and step back) Don't worry my dear, I will keep your secret. Heh, my adorable little masochist...

>Pleased at the beginning

Yeah, I kind of rushed into that one. I had just finished recording some kind of cosmetics company presentation... took me a minute to get in character:p And the groans... yeah. I let myself get into it.

>It's good to be bad... how do they survive?

Yeah, I really felt that motto in my core. As for the survival, I blame the resiliency of the human spirit, women in particular. If you all would only give in completely to my wiles I could rule the world!

>Ramble

Yeah, Pokemon Go is a weird thing for me. I get the appeal, but the intrusion into The Real disturbs me... oh well. The march of progress and all that.

Thanks so much for taking the time to critique all of our recordings, that's no easy task! Three cheers for Critique Anon!

Interesting pokemon rant. I do get where you're coming from and it's definitely not everyone's cup of tea. I'm not gonna argue semantics since some of the things you mentioned are user driven and in some cases requested and I feel it's unfair to blame a game for people choosing to ignore common sense or road rules. You can actually select the pokemon from several meters away so I have no clue why people are running across roads because there is no meed to. The privacy issue was definitely a big problem though. Biased though, love me some pokemon.

Is that you playing guitar? If yes I think it's pretty good, I have no musical talent whatsoever though! Your voice is really comforting in this song, you've really nailed that soft but throaty care whereas I was expecting something gruffer. Went out tonight and heard some guy playing live music and he about butchered everything and played too loud - this would have been preferred by far, do you do pursue any music related things outside of a hobbyist nature?

Just curious, since I'm thinking of posting here regularly later on: would anyone that is a veteran of this thread mind giving opinions and advices to someone whose voice isn't too manly sounding most of the time and fears being too robotic while recording?
Or if you guys have a general advice script that I missed, I might read that directly. Thank you.
>>
>>24125602

You've just gotta feel it, man. Believe what you're saying. Passion is clear through one's voice.

Find some material you're really into, or a fantasy that you really like, or even just a subject that you can ramble about passionately.

People like enthusiasm. Deep, nasally, melodic, robotic, that's all a matter of taste.
>>
>>24125624
Thanks Tinman, although I don't think I don't put enthusiasm and passion into them. I think it's a matter of not having much privacy (I get conscious about raising my voice and yelling certain things) and shitty recording devices as well, but my voices changes a lot depending on my mood too.
By the way, I listened out of curiosity to few of your recordings, and (beside the obvious compliments for the recordings, good job there), I can say that you sound 1000 times more deep than I am normally, I don't easily reach that same tone. I'll keep trying, and thanks for reaching out.
>>
>>24125687

Aww now i feel bad for requesting those twisting lines, they're just the usual request i make I've never thought much of the difficulty beyond actually saying them, and the bad takes are my favourite part.

> what is your desire.
Insanely hot, something for everyone. There were other desires i had an affinity with but when you started talking about my particular kink I lost it a bit. Going to go explore your chirbit!

>>24129345
I always enjoy just musical improv stuff like this when I'm fixated on things or a project. It's like a more lively background hum than just a radio and they feel more...urban? Organic? Interactive? There's more of a person behind the sound is what I mean.
>>
>>24129521
It's really fine I'm just taking the piss. :P

Also, tbf, one of them I can do flawlessly and at ridiculous pace (which unfortunately means that I've got that song playing over and over again in my head right now, but such is life), so there's that atleast. :)

Also, you mentioned that one of the paragraphs in what is your desire particularly hit your kinks. Care to elaborate? Or atleast specify which paragraph really got to you?

>>
http://chirb.it/rwL4yJ

栗林
>>
>>24129599
These are good, definitely got me squirming, but not the exact push? I generally prefer a master sort of phrase shoved in there and less anger. I should write a script one day if i can be bothered, but there's already so much good content. The spanking one was definitely my favourite and that's an accomplishment since i usually don't like spanking at all.
>>
>>24129669

Ah fair enough. :)

One query though, 'master sort of phrase', what do you mean by that?
>>
>>24129678
Master, Sir, Owner, Lord. There's probably more but those are the ones I hear used most often.
Variations of the same meaning, a person who one either belongs to or has a natural authority or ownership over/to. So for example in the spanking one you mentioned moulding wood with abrasive force to get something beautiful but the additional 'ownership' could have been ,imo, to stress that, like the desk, the person would also become what you defined as beautiful and so the person would soon be a beautiful obedient slut/slave/good girl what have you for you too. Excellent objectification with the implication all the same.

Please keep in mind this is all very very nit-pick stuff and specifically about my niche of kink. What you have is still very much tingle inducing, squirming in the seat, lip bitingly good stuff and I am, for certain, still going to listen to them multiple times.
>>
>>24129806

Ah right. Well, on the plus side the next trio of sassy minx scripts will probably be more up your alley reading through them. Now I just need to either sort out the sound effects myself or find someone to edit them for me. :P

Also, thank you for saying so. It really is good to get feedback on my work and it is very much appreciated I assure you. :)

Yay life is strange love!
I tried to get my friends to play it and they kinda just laughed the entirety of episode 1 and made fun of it because 'lol it's hipster trash'. Made me mad/sad. Look ok yeah it's topical and she's a hipster type but you need to see beyond that and understand the aesthetic it's going for and how well that's achieved. I admit I didn't get as fanatical as this but I really enjoyed it.

> I can't remember if Jefferson does a monologue about what he's doing but if he does you should record it.

Bonsoir everybody, i come pretty late into this thread but i have a good excuse i promise.
I've been lurking, posting, or just talking on and off around this thread for more than 2 years now, and i have to admit i would never have believed some of the things that happened thanks to it. From giving me more control over my voice, especially since i talk pretty fast if i don't pay attention to it, and hopefully improving my english. Giving me a place to vent about stuff so i wasn't really talking ONLY to myself. And meeting nice people online, then actually seeing wonderful ones (well just one really) in real life, i just love to know that there are such nice people on a website, well, not known for being a haven of peace... So cheers to everyone here (and those who were)!

ANYWAY... i slowly made my way to a pretty big number of recordings (for me it seems pretty big at least) and i'm reaching the 200th one with this one!!! So there will not be a lot of words, or at least not a huge variety of words since i mostly stuck to one or two syllables because i was kind of busy trying to prolong this edging i had going for several days, but knowing i was in the very last part. So get ready for a lot of heavy breathing, moaning, stuff like that, and cursing (mostly in french). I don't know why but playing with a dildo makes me says much more things than i usually do.

Like always, i'm happy to try any request you might have, and you should find everything else here https://www.chirbit.com/Voodoo

>> TEACH/TELL WHY YOU'RE AWESOME AT [BLANK] - Q&A REQUEST <<

It's brag and teach time, boys.

Take something that you know really well and explain it to an outsider. i.e., Listener is a human and has functioned in society, but doesn't know anything specific to what you're explaining.

Activities/ideas:
- A function that you carry out in your job (can be manual labor, sales, analysis, whatever)
- Your strategy/technique in a competitive sport or hobby (like gaming, cooking, music)
- How you pick up the ladies/men
- How you make the ladies (or men) orgasm (NSFW)
...

Answer the questions:
1) What is an activity/skill that you're good at?
2) What are the attributes that someone needs to be good at this activity/skill? (physical strength and/or dexterity? mental acuity? experience for pattern recognition? ability to listen to others? etc etc) Expound!!!
3) What habits have you developed to get good at what it is you do? Or what resources have you found useful in becoming the shit at this skill? (could be physical conditioning, could be a resource on the web you found, etc)
4) What do you think makes you so good in particular? (practice? service-orientation? winning the genetic lottery?, etc etc)

And bump.

Some good general life philosophy in here, not just for VA! I think that anyone who listens to this will come away with at least a few nuggets on how to be a professional. I also lost count the number of times I LOLed at your being a doof. :)
>And thanks for the in-ear mics. God...

>>24150445
Frills! The map is amazing! Sounds like you are a pretty good DM (or better than you think you are) based on your perspective and views of what makes a good DM. I've been railroaded on plenty of quests- so frustrating. Perhaps that's why I liked playing chaotic neutral - to stick it back to the DM for sucking the fun out of the experience. :) Good advice on staying sharp/creative, looking for different resources to draw inspiration, etc.

My eyes are closing... Too tired for more feedback, but this was the first audio from you that I've listened to and I enjoyed it! You sound a bit like a colleague of mine- booming low voice, commands presence... But is the biggest mischief maker in sneaky, subtle ways. Thank you! I'll listen to more after getting quasi-caught up on sleep. :)

I finally got a chance to listen to the 5e tutorial and your earlier post about health, anxiety. If it helps reduce your anxiety, please ramble to MSA about it! Is this something you've always dealt with (Munchausen's?), or is it a recent acute anxiety episode?
If you'd like a prompt on your next ramble, it might be cool hear about what group / adventure you enjoyed DMing recently. Or to say more about your long hair. (A lot of ladies are really into that.)
Sorry that you got crickets on your earlier posts... Hard to keep up with all the threads and proper commenting that you guys deserve, not to mention real life responsibilities. I often miss out on content or new boys these days. :( I encourage you to keep posting, though- you're definitely listen-worthy!

"“I can walk into someone’s house, kiss their wife, sit down at their table, and eat their dinner. I can lift a passport at an airport, and in twenty minutes it will seem like it’s mine. I can be a blackbird staring in the window. I can be a cat creeping along a ledge. I can go anywhere I want and do the worst things I can imagine, with nothing to ever connect me to those crimes. Today I look like me, but tomorrow I could look like you. I could be you.”

Either of these, from this book series I'm trying to resist rereading again.

If you have fun, you should do the questions for new boys. Then people will know what kinds of things you like or might be good at.

And Welcome!

You're out of line. The performers here want to be heard. Every listen and comment encourages them to produce content for us - at no cost. This anon has put an inordinate amount of time into listening and thoughtfully commenting on all the content. Step off.
>>
>>24160156

People appreciate feedback. This person is giving that.

Y'know, participating in the thread; not complaining about having to scroll a little further to get to the bottom of the page to do nothing.
>>
>>24160156

Oh, you mean the thoughtful feedback, comments, and encouragement directed at those of us who give you something to scroll to bothers you? Huh. Weird. I'd think you'd want us to feel like we were appreciated so that we'd provide more content, ya know, since we don't get paid and all.
>>
>>24160217

>not how this website works

And yet... there those posts are, fully functional and greatly appreciated by those of us who provide content.

You can always filter that anon's ID, since that is a function available on this website.
>>
>>24160217
>>24160156
If scrolling past the posts annoys you, instead of derailing the thread, you could try the hide posts option. Or if there are specific performers you're looking for, you can use CTL+F.

I think feedback anon is sweet, for the record, but you don't have to like them.

>>24159842
I've never heard anything of yours, sorry. But... could you do something like... playfully making fun of/insulting a girl you like?
>>
>>24160231
It's more important to thank and encourage the people who are creating content and keeping MSA alive than worrying about keeping the thread "pretty" for lurkers and occasional commenters. Clearly everyone else here is appreciative of these comments and you're in the minority, so maybe ask yourself why you're so worked up over such a little thing and consider reevaluating your priorities. No one cares.
>>
>>24160247
Never said they aren't a nice person. I don't know them to make that judgment. What I do know is that they spam the threads with their stupid opinions like an egomaniac and it's annoying.
>>
>>24160288
>stop liking what I don't like

Feedback is extremely important in MSA and FSA. Never getting feedback is what stops people from posting recordings. If there's no feedback, there wont' be any posters. That's why both of the threads have been so dead in the last year or two.
>>
>>24160356
I promise you the threads would not collapse if this one person stopped posting or spamming. This is more of a recent thing anyway, thread was doing fine before.

First of all, thank you for saying something. I know this situation isn't ideal, I was just thinking about this the other day, hence my apologetic headers in my responses. I would like to post more often so that I don't spam the thread with walls of text, but I can't seem to find the time. I apologize for being an eyesore and coming across as an egomaniac.

That being said, as people have mentioned, you could always block me. There's also a handy "Bottom" button that you could use! My responses are intended for the performers. I don't mean to sound self-important AT ALL. I honestly don't think the voice of one fan matters much in the long run, but I've gotten a lot out of this thread and I'd like for each guy here to know that he's been heard.

If any of the performers would rather I not respond, please let me know. I'll stop responding and you can add me to your ignore list.

Thank you to all of you guys who defended me, but this anon does have a point. There is room for me to improve here.

I'm sure your comments were made with the well-being of the thread in mind, so consider yourself heard. I'll work on being better in the future. :D

Oooh good morning to me~ that was fantastic, Tinman!
So very sexy indeed... I may need more ;)

I've been meaning to ask you: have you ever read anything from Haruki Murakami?
>>

I have! The strange library is sitting on my shelf right now!

Nice. That one was good. I have an extreme fondness for 1Q84.

Anyways, I ask because I was listening to your ramble about falling in love, and I couldn't help but feel it was murakami-esque. I liked it very much.

>"A Farewell to Arms" excerpt
Thanks everyone for reading! I could've given more direction as far as context of the passage, but I enjoy hearing different renditions since who's to say that my interpretation is right. Thanks for providing new perspective on an old and beloved passage!

>>24163604
The Ping- ah, I thought you might be Mr. Bashful... Yah, the first sentence requires about 3 chestfuls of oxygen. The reading was lovely. Yes, you stumbled but I like that you kept on going.
Also, I didn't get a chance to send you notes on your OC before the other thread had died. I still have them if you want...

>>24163640
Eep! Dat voice. ... Yes. Yes, doitous. Inebriated or not, please continue to post songs and reading request fills like this. Eeeek.

>>24164040
You have such a nice accent! I always enjoy hearing different takes- sometimes you hear an unexpected sentiment (your read had more optimism in it than I had expected). Thanks!
>Not sure if you need to read more Hemingway- most stuff was dreadful to plod through in school, and I didn't appreciate certain lit until I wasn't required to read it...

>>24164802
Good on you for recording so much! Your intonation on this passage was dramatic-
perhaps didn't quite fit with the fond, yet morose recounting by the narrator that I had imagined, but I appreciate hearing your take!

>>24165054
I don't think you failed at all. Your read was about as close to how I read the last paragraph it in my head, although I always imagine a bit more bitterness/resignation than you might have let on. That being said, it was great!

It's funny I remember a while ago in FSA there was a person who went by Homer that did this as well for the female performers but it was decided that it wasn't welcome and said person moved to reddit instead. Ooh, your voice is very nice. You sound luxurious, decadent even. Keep it up!
>>
>>24164742
Frills: I feel really bad for saying this, but I kinda like how you sound when you're more somber. @_@

>>24164802
You keep popping the mic in these, which makes your recordings feel chaotic. That could work with some pieces, but in some, it's really hard on the ears. Also, sudden volume changes are NOT fun. Please warn of this next time. I also don't understand the psychology behind mocking the requester's content. I can't tell if you're trolling or not, but if you're not, you have a lot of work to do.
Thank you for trying.

>>24165054
Carnie: You sound a bit stiff in these readings. Try and relax a little and slow it down.

>>24165103
WOO BOY ALBRECHER: Setting the bar so high... I prefer your normal accent, but this was good too! The low sultry voice for the lewd poem was r e a l l y g o o d.

>>24165200
Carnie: These weren't really up my alley, but thanks for sharing! I think you did a good job. Maybe next time you could try adding some backing music.

>>24165380
Ping: This was so gooooood. Given how sleep deprived/drunk you were, I'm surprised you got this out. I really like your serious/dramatic voice.

>>24165993
Doitus: Aaaaah, I love this song!! I wasn't expecting such a low-energy and mellow cover. The little mouse click sounds at the beginning were cute. xD

>>24166579
I don't know why, but you always sound like you're REALLY far away from the mic in these. That aside, I thought you sounded very nice.

>>24166582
Carnie: You seem to pop your mic a lot too. I have a REALLY hard time with those sounds, so it makes it hard to enjoy the actual content. :/

>>24167255
Luger: Are you even German? YOU DON'T EVEN SOUND GERMAN.

Hey, thread. Just dropping off something quick. It's a response to an old FSA script "A Sub's Confession" which can be found here: http://pastebin.com/ggca5wdW (It's the first script) just in case any listeners want to read it aloud to themselves in order to set the mood.

Regardless. Here it is. My confession.

Loved the bass jam. Like it when you laugh at yourself in the beginning. And don't hate me, but I enjoy when you're bitching in the end about how hot it is.

Thanks Helion and Muddle! Interesting that you guys both chose to read it more dramatically than I do in my head. Very strong reads!

And yeah, I'm not a huge John Steinbeck fan, but a few passages from East of Eden made me stop and think and re-visit... this was one of them. :)

Ahhhh, thank you!!! No apologies necessary for delay. I don't expect all my requests to get filled anyway. (secret to happiness - don't just lower your expectations... get rid of them completely, ha!)
Appreciate your take, as always. :) And I hope you feel better soon - I didn't think your vocal quality was compromised in these recordings.

I won't mind at all if you do! His narration is rather dry, but calming. I like hearing alternate versions - you always have so much energy behind your readings. Thanks again, Helion for taking the time to record these!!

Hi Rambler. Long time fan of yours! I haven't been around these parts in a long while and didn't realize you had still been this active! (Woohoo!)

I have a horribly lazy and probably annoying request for you.
Is it at all possible for you to link maybe the top 3 or 5 recordings within the past maybe year aimed at my taste? I'm seriously a huge fan of your work but my life is just a little too busy to skim through your archive. Maybe one day I will have the opportunity but life has kept me running around all day everyday and I only have like 15 minutes a day to unplug life and responsibilities... And plug into the rambler! I see your chirbit is gone but it looks like you use a new site. I am mobile only and when I click on the link I can't find a list of your previous works, only the one you posted. I'm sure this is a mobile iOS problem.

My taste are quite familiar to you. Verbal abuse, strangulation, Dom, and maybe a little warm and fluffy here and there.

If this request is against the rules I'm truly sorry and won't do it again. Good to see MSA is still alive and kicking thanks y'all!
>>
>>24183658
It seems to imply that there is a lot more overlap than there actually is, at least with active requesters and script writers on FSA.

Also... It seems kind of stalker-y. Like when people encourage girls to do sex acts they don't enjoy or pretend to be bi for male attention. But FSA is actually fun if you don't take it seriously.

"Thou Art Gone, Sweet Ghetto Hot Tub (And With That, She Is Gone...)"

Sweet ghetto hot tub
you came to me
on Craigslist free
now I doth release thee

Bereft of chemicals
my love and I did soak
in waters most sublime
with nary a poke

Her pump is broken
her redwood old
she spurts and gurgles
at 110 VAC-- or so I'm told

Ask not for me to move her
for she is of great girth
Mention not her broken parts
She is priced what she is worth

Yet she doth hold water
well as her maiden voyage
filled from the tank
in one's garage

You haul
You clean
You become
A contented human being

Thanks, Teaks! Such a cozy reading voice! I listened to Pale Blue Dot, A Short History of Nearly Everything, The Stranger, East of Eden, and The Velveteen Rabbit. Did you put a modulator on your audio? I felt like I heard rhythmic pitch shifts that I didn't hear in your earlier recordings...

My favorite was the reading of The Stranger. You emoted more on this recording than the others and it was lovely. I found "The Stranger" much better the second time when I gave it adequate time to ponder/think over what I had read. :)

I didn't notice any of the word skips / replacements. Chuckled at the "enigmatic" on A Short History, but it didn't detract from the recording.

Enjoyed the pop science readings and East of Eden.

Thrilled with The Velveteen Rabbit - you did the voices, of the rabbit and horse, too! Sooooo nice. Thank you!!

Nope, no modulator. Some normalization and slight noise reduction (hot weather - air conditioning = numerous fans next door = ugly background noise).

I'm listening closely, and I can't pick out what caught your ear. The only other difference in my recording setup last night was a single beer to cool me off.
