Positives:

- Great eyes and iris colour, including medial canthus of eye (good shape)
- Eyebrows well shaped
-Generally good, masculine face shape but just lacks definition

Things that can easily be improved:

- Haircut - bit of a tidy +/- consider a darker colour

I think that is much better than what you have currently, though. You look more masculine, mature and the biggest part is now we can see your great eyebrows. Eyebrows are such a huge part of the face and add so much character. You'd probably look good with long hair as well, just don't cover up those brows and forehead because you're only taking away part of your charm.
