Relax, accept that you feel jealous without trying to change it, and observe why you feel jealous. Work on eliminating that reason from your life. If there is no reason, more often than not it will fade away by itself when you acknowledge and accept that you feel this way.

I think in most cases jealousy is the result of a lack of confidence. You're worried that while she's not with you she'll find something that she likes more.

That means what you need to do is boost your own self esteem. Why do you thing you're sub-par? What is it you think she's going to find that you can't give her? Then work on it.
