My high weight was probably 230+, not totally sure 'cause I didn't weigh myself much. Pic is from June of last year, but I didn't start losing really until October. Now I am down to about 143-ish, and my goal weight is about 105 lbs. I'm 5'2.5.

Yeah, my goal is fairly flexible really. I had already decided that if I got to a weight where I looked good and felt good I would stop losing weight and refocus on getting more fit.

Yeah, I have been working on getting more into that mindset.

I admittedly had pretty disordered eating habits when I first started losing weight. First 40 lbs were basically lost through eating less that 400 cals per day and occasional fasting, but now I am much better and I am still losing so I am happy.

I was about 165 lbs at my heaviest back in 2014. I lost the weight over that year and was down to 115 this time last year. I gained 5 lbs back this year, but I am working pretty hard on building muscle at the gym right now and will cut back down 5 lbs before June

my bf has gained a little weight and has a bit of a "beer belly" sort of thing going on. He doesn't work out as much and eat healthy like I do. I'd like him to, but I can't force him to. I still love him and am attracted to him. However, he knows that if he gets too fat it will end up being a problem with me and I will go full shitlord on him

Posted in the other thread, I'll give it another go.
If anything, would you say my X/10 has changed at all? Rate the individual pics if you like. I just don't really trust myself, I personally see very little if any change at all, but I'm sure I'm just biased towards myself.
I'm 5'3 for what it's worth.
I'm gunning for 115 at the moment, but will go down to 110-100 if I feel that's not enough.

Nah, they're all the same size, but I'm not wearing a particularly padded bra either. I think in the last pic it's the black crop top. The black takes away more of your visual context clues and whatnot, that's just my guess.

hah Ironically I was hoping to lose just a little bit of tit, namely just for my back's sake (part of the reason I'm holding my back in half those pics haha, it's not just a pose). But Tit's about all I've got going for me so I shouldn't complain. I never really worried about losing too much of them anyways because they've always been pretty solid. Like I went to bed one week in 7th grade with a flat chest and woke up with C's the next day, which then kept growing until they capped out at DD's by the time high school started. Shit sucked, but I'm reaping the benefits now lol.
The gut is def my driving force here, and thighs to a lesser extent, mostly because I don't think I can actually do much for them. They're mostly muscle so I know I probably will never get the stick thighs I want. I digress, the gut is so fucking stubborn though and it's driving me insane. Feels like despite losing 60 or so pounds next to none of it came from my stomach. But it's not that I'm discouraged, I've just resigned myself to keep going until it's gone, no matter what number that ends up being.

I do mostly cardio, long treadmill walks or a shorter light jog, bike, and swim mostly.
I have an issue with my knees that make my routine a tad limited. Long term strenuous running, jumping, and unfortunately squats (or at least lots of them), are usually frowned upon by my doc. But all can be done in extreme moderation with proper care.
I don't really lift weights, but I do work stock so I'm lifting boxes of merchandise and stuff off the trucks at work 8 hours a week. I don't really like the look of upper body muscle anyways. I don't really like the look of any muscle to be honest, I essentially do the minimum to get toned without gaining muscle.

Commitment and hard work my friend.

I fell off a lot but at the end of the day you have to get back on track.

Started with just cardio then moved on to weight lifting. Got my diet right and it came off.
Now I jump rope a lot, it's great for fat burning!
