I'm recently recovered from anorexia (all pics are post-recovery though) so I guess it's a combination of general body insecurity and just trying not to focus so much on body image. I gained nearly 30 lbs. Still not "fat", I know, but not really comfortable with it yet.

Thanks! Yeah, I've always been naturally thin even when not engaged in my anorexia, and my weight has been stable for a while now. I get adequate nutrition and follow the meal plan my dietitian created for me so telling me to "eat more" would be an unnaturally large amount of food hahaha. I also have really small bone structure and pretty low muscle mass so a BMI on the low end of healthy (18-19) is perfectly fine for me.
