It does sound a bit different in Russia, but it's the same thing, I'm sure. The thing is Russian sources say you can only take it early in the morning, at 7-8 a.m. and no later, but with my schedule I actually go to bed at 3 a.m. and wake up at 1 p.m., which is supposedly too late to take the pill.
And English sources say that it's actually not only possible but more effective if you take the pill before going to bed. But Russian sources say if you do it, you're gonna have insomnia
so yeah it's complicated
and I could ask the doctor, but the advice will most probably be "just switch to a normal schedule and wake up earlier" (which isn't an option for me)

I would have suggested that too.
It sounds like the prescription wants to make sure you get the supplement every x hours. If your schedule/daily rhythm is different from the norm, couldn't you adjust the times for the pills to fit your life?
That sounds logical enough to me, but again I'm not a doctor. Side effects however are something that you should be very careful about, and given someone your age might even be the most important thing to keep track of.

Russian people are just kinda cheap and don't want to pay much anyway.
