That can change. Siblings go through periods where they hate each other for seemingly no reason. I remember hitting 14 and suddenly not wanting my little brother to touch me or be around me. I mellowed out eventually, but hormones are weird. That, and sometimes you just don't click personally with someone. I'm lucky because I have eight siblings, so I have options. I'm closer to some than others.

When you're older and both of you have mellowed out and stop projecting shit on each other, you'll probably be fine. It's weird, but sometimes family just means having someone to unload on and be mad at. You get over it eventually. I hope she comes around, anon. Everyone deserves a warm, protective big sister.
