As you can see this isn't the best place to ask. There are lots of skin treatments but the 1 other thing I can recommend is tretinoin (retin-a) a form of vitamin a which is the only cream/gel to work for antiaging. It's very good for the skin but is hard to come by without a prescription. Don't confuse it with retinol which is useless.

Use a gentle facial cleanser, an alcohol free toner, and a facial moisturizer with a sunscreen twice a day every day no exceptions.

I use cetaphil oil control cleanser and moisturizer, and Thayers witch hazel toner.

Not OP, but I got sebaceous filaments all over my nose, upper cheek right next to my nose, and forehead as well.

How are salicylic acid products vs peels for minimizing/marginalizing the effect of it, if you know? My skin's much more rugged-looking than OPs if that counts for anything. My phone's dead right now but I can take a picture in probably like 5 minutes if need be
