i'm planning to try and do it slowly this time, something like a 1200 cal per day kinda thing. that always seems like the go-to number for healthy weight loss so i might aswell try it.
and i don't really actually have any holiday party dinner things.. so.. thats not really a problem. and if i start now it'll be like getting a head start, and plus i think it's easier to build new habits during a stress-free time so that by next semester i'm already on a roll :)

I have 90% of stuff wrapped and under the tree. I think this is the first year I was done early. The only gifts I'm waiting on are for friends out of state I won't see. What worries me is anxiety and its fucked up consequences and the fact that long hair with part in the middle doesn't make you any favour at all, while very short suits you famously.

yeah i did gain weight pretty fucking fast didn't i.. but to be fair, i also started a new medication around the time the binging began, so i think that had something to do with it. i really hope it doesn't interfere with my dieting attempts :( if i keep on binging despite my efforts i am going to see my doctor to get my meds switched in january.

I remenber few months a go I noticed your scars, something that made you freak out, but also made things clear. Don't worry, I have scars too, and I have to watch myself constantly, otherwise I go binging too.
Personally, I decided to never take any meds and deal with the demons myself. After all, doctors, and particularly shrinks, are a matter of pure fluke to find a decent one who understands your scenario and gives you the proper meds (if such a thing exists).
Maybe you should start working again with your art. Take it to the next level.

I never keep any food in the house apart from basics (cereals for breakfast, milk, coffee and sugar) and row stuff like onions and peppers and maybe potatoes (which i try to avoid) and HEAPS of fruit, mainly apples.
Whenever I feel like binging I stuff myself with apples.
If i am feeling really confident, when I crave for food I go on my bike for a couple of hours, so I burn fat instead of adding it to my slight manchubbs.
The only time of the week I can fuck up is when I go to the supermarket to get food. Then i can buy a ton of candy or sausages and eat them in the car on my way home. Gross, I know.
