Chubby women are ok, but the standard of what women consider chubby compared to what men say are chubby is way off.
A chubby(overweight) girl
Can be in any range between 135-150 lbs based off height.
All completely acceptable.
Anything more is obese and that shit is disgusting.

Women consider chubby to start at around 150lbs.
and obesity to start at around 200lbs.
