Rate bread
I baked this last Friday. Simple no knead recipe with a rye sourdough levain. It is a 70/20 mix of wheat and rye flour and around 80% hydration.
I misjudged the times so it actually overproofed but it is tasty as fuck, has a great crust and nice gelatinized soft crumb.
10/10 to myself

I think it's white cuz of the camera. The crumb has an almost purplish tint to it. The crust cooould have been browner.
I love bread with walnuts and I would love to try that. 9/10 because of the powdered sugar
