No

Why not?

Yes. Also from an environmental perspective. If not solely plants, then at least minimise your meat consumption. Americans, as a whole, eat so much meat. There's also a stigma against eating it in many places which I find extremely strange.
Veganism is for women and faggots. Be a MAN.

Look up essential amino acids
No, just reduce your red meat intake, stop drinking soda and eat more vegetables (cooked or raw it doesn't matter).

Yes, but only if you consumed also some fish and meat and dairy together with that plant diet, but most moderately. Each one minimum once per week is enough, however consume dairy minimum twice per week.

>dairy
there's no need for dairy
just minimize the processed foods you eat
and try to get carbs from vegetables and fruits (don't eat so much bread and pasta)

simply because meat, fish, eggs, and dairy provide vit b12, vit d, ca2+, tyramin, and omega 3, etc, that is hard to get from plant only diet. also they are a near-perfect protein source for us. cured meat, however, can be more or less avoided, its possible carcinogenicity is too high. plus it's a social thing, you cant escape them completely without experiencing some sort of stress by others.

>don't eat so much bread and pasta
that is wrong, eat as much bread etc as you like, as long it's not wheat-only, and has little artificial sugar, and is wholemeal.
