What are some inflammatory conditions made worse by movement?

I'm getting damage to my eyes and joints and my doctors can't figure out what's causing it. It gets better if I'm sedentary. Like for example if I do a workout, I see all these bright flashing lights. I was tested once already for syphillis, lyme, and some autoimmune diseases, but still nothing.

Do your joints swell? Which autoimmune diseases did they test? Did they include a direct antibody test? Are you even sure it's inflammatory?

sound like a blood problem. when the eyes dont get enough blood weird shit happens. also maybe diabetes but your doc would have tested for that

The real question is: how far does your lifestyle differ from that which is natural and healthy? Does your diet consist of nutritious fruits, vegetables, and meats?
Are you ingesting something in which your body is having an adverse reaction to?
