Can you give yourself aneurysms through strenuous exercise? I feel like when I strain myself my head will explode or something and I really hope I'm not fucking my body up breathing so fully and forcefully.

I have the same problem as OP. My main complaint when I do exercise is the massive headache I get when I exert myself. It's like a sharp pounding headache that feels like a vein is going to burst. It really makes working out suck a lot, but I want to like it.
