By definition A.I. is uncontrollable. Even if we have the advantage of being its creators, just one slip would be enough to lose control.
And I'm saying that there would be evil robots shooting lasers everywhere. Not at all. Humans, being vastly inferior, would just become obsolete and powerless. We could just become extinct as a side effect of something A.I. does without any intention of killing us.

A hyper-intelligent A.I. could predict any and all movements that humans could make both as individuals and as a whole. There's absolutely no defeating it.
