Alcohol dries your mouth causing more bad breath.
Some cause cavities (Streptococcus mutans). Those same ones can cause pulp necrosis, and a periodontal abscess if the cavity breaks trough the tooth roof and the infection reaches the root. If that goes uncontrolled then you may end up loosing your whole fucking mandible
Others can enter your blood stream during a surgery and cause Bacteremia.
