Would a diet of chocolate soy milk (pic related) and water be sufficient enough if i take multi vitamins with it?

Long story short im allergic to something in regular food so until i get it tested i have to live off a "food" that doesnt cause a reaction so picked chocolate soy milk.

I can drink around 4 litres of it per day.
I seems to have enough calories, a decent amount of fat and protein. Not that much carbs but people go on a low carb diet all the time.

Can someone more knowledgeable give me some advice?
