A mysterious force rewinds the solar system into the state/position it was 24 hours from now except you. This has affected everyone but you. Would this be considered time travel? The conditions of a day before have been imposed to all the solar system. Is this time travel in the literal sense?
If your position in space/time stayed the same but the Earth's went backwards in space/time you wouldn't be standing on the Earth's surface anymore, because of the Earth's rotation and revolution.
To better understand the realities of time travel, study relativity, quantum mechanics and maybe string theory.

No, because decayed isotopes would remain decayed.

This.
And also, what happens if you give birth then the universe rewinds to before you gave birth. Where did kid go? And are you just out in space somewhere very very far away while the doctors are suddenly in an empty delivery room? And where did the kid go?
