I'm a scaredy cat. So weak-willed, that I'm afraid of pursuing goals. So afraid that I've never gotten through a horror movie. Every moment of my life I'm afraid of some hypothetical scenario where my actions will lead to me dying screaming from the pain, and then being tortured for all eternity in Hell.

Do you have any /sci/entific ways that will help me stop being such a weak-willed pussy?
