What are everyones opinions, thoughts, arguments, gripes, etc. about Marijuana being smoked during key brain development years (teenage years)?
Does it have lasting effects?

you probably lost a few iq points (up to 8 i think some study showed), and the ratio between gray and white matter in your brain should be changed.

Im 25 been smoking weed since I was 14
I'm worried even if I quit I'm always going to be a perma fried brainlet.
Going back to college in 2 weeks.
Is there any infomation to suggest one way or the other that is not the case?
I rarely do it anymore, except when i'm on other drugs, then I might take a drag or two from a hash joint. I used to do it excessively, like daily until I realized how tiring, time-wasting and boring it is.
I'm trying to give up smoking cigarettes as well but this has proven to be quite the trying task, I crave cigarettes whenever I've had a couple beers. Won't be giving up alcohol for at least another 5 years, I love drinking.
Started 420blazingit when i was 18, stopped 2 months ago (am 25). Was a daily smoker for most of that time. Only now am I getting my brain power back. I feel smarter and more motivated daily, but I can't even begin to imagine how much smarter I could have been. Not because the marijuana made me retarded, but because I could have spent the time I was blazed and masturbating to be learning and creating. For reference, currently in physics grad program at top20 school in North America
