Is it stress?
Is it genetics?
What is the cause?
Ask your dad how old he was when he started going grey. It's probably just genetics.
>Counting the individual gray hairs
I think it's autism anon.
Jokes aside, genes play a significant role. There is no significant correlation between stress and premature gray hair. Finally, a vitamin B-12 deficiency or problems with your pituitary or thyroid gland can cause premature gray hair. The final ones are usually irreversible.
I've had gray hair ever since I was ~12. It got worst when I was 16 or so. Now I'm 18 and I have very few again(some here and there, barely noticeable to be honest). It's probably related to stress.
My dad started to have gray hair when he was in his 40's, nowadays he is 47 and has many paths of gray hair.
Also, I'm very mixed between many european "races"(northen italian, french, german, british). I've got light brown hair(used to be blonde when I was a kid), hazel/green eyes, blonde mustache, orange beard, light brown pubes, blonde leg hair, etc.
I'm not OP btw
