Is rad (absorbed energy in a human) linearly proportional to energy of the radiation?
In other words, if I know that 0 Joules from a source elicits 0 rad in a human and 450 Joules makes 600 rad, could I assume that 75 Joules makes 600 rad?

How is that any way linearly proportional?
