The thing is that you need to ask yourself, who goes to the doctor to find they are autistic? That's right, little kids whose parents noticed had no friends.

And that explains it. Even autistic women get social interaction. That is because men interact with them by default because they have a vagina. Therefore many autistic women never find out and they live their life as less succesful stacies. They benefit from their sexual power but unlike normal stacies, they do not know how to use sex to manipulate people.
