Sup /sci/, don't know any other board to post this on so i'll post here.
The last week or so i've been having some strange headaches, it's usually short term (not longer than 10 minutes), not ultra intense but annoying. first it was behind my eye, now it moved more to my forehead. My GP told me to use nosespray to clear up my noseways so there's more air coming through.
Anything that might cause this? I have no idea.
PS: I've been changing my sleepschedule to wake up later and sleep later since there's a big Dota2 event going on.
Fuck off.

Your neck is tight. Get a massage.

not op but that could be my problem. thanks.
Had a similar thing, sort of second long stabs in multiple places but mostly my temples, GP gave me the once over and didn't think it was cancer which is obviously what I was worried about lmao, my ears were full of wax but she said the two weren't related

Ah same here! and having hypochondria doesn't help. I've narrowed it down to either a cavity (been having tooth pains), a sinus infection (I get them a lot), or a tense neck, like the other comment stated.
Didn't want to start my own thread so I'll post it hear. Does anyone else get hypnagogic hallucinations? If so, how do you deal with them? Mine are mostly auditory but I'll frequently get visual one and have even had a few olifactory ones.

Sometimes, usually it's someone calling out my name, mostly happens when I'm sleeping somewhere unfamiliar for some reason.
I once had this vision that a blonde woman was standing at the end of my room, I actually got up to kiss her, whether this was hypnagogic or a vivid dream that bled into my waking I don't know

Yours sound nice. Mine are always accompanied with a sense of dread before hearing pounding on my doors, screams, loud bangs and skittering on the floor walls and ceiling of my room. I've gotten over my visual ones since they are never really vivid and instead are just shadows morphing and moving all around forming shapes with bright flashes of light so I just go with it and have fun watching them. My olifactory ones are just a nuisance (smell things like gasoline, salt water, rotting flesh, acetylene and so on)

Are you keeping hydrated? How is the temperature in your area (i.e. Has it recently changed? Is your time while awake different than it used to be since changing your sleep schedule?) Dehydration is a common cause of headaches
