Name, culture, what your background is medical, culture, what you're taking over the counter, vitamins, any other skin changes, your behaviour/looks, LITERALLY EVERYTHING, any weird experiences like tingling, pain etc, who you live with, what hobbies you have, where you've travelled, what immunisations you've had, allergies, what other things you had to come into hospital etc for and what date they occurred on, how old you are, family history everything and it gets tailored depending on what you tell.
