Which oils are the best ones for you to cook with?
From what I know, vegetable oils have PUFAs and MUFAs which reduce the risk of heart diseases.
But I heard cooking with vegetable oils produces nasty compounds like aldehydes *_*
Help pls

use coconut oil, soy oil, or
almond oil (my favourite)

This, and olive oil, keep temperature low to avoid acrylamide formation. Don't crisp edges of fried eggs, for example.
Also, look up acrylamides sources in processed food as you're likely getting more from those than your own cooking.
