Bought adrafinil because its unscheduled and proven, how fucked I am?

You won't learn shit if you don't sleep. Memory consolidation is a term you should Google. Also those actually help only if you don't sleep and they keep you awake. They won't do you any good otherwise.
Take speed like a normal person and time it so you come down before you have to go to bed so you get max productivity out of your day.

I don't know of anyone that has succeeded in implementing polyphasic on the long term.
My best bet is to go for better sleep rather than less. Plan blue light exposure and caffeine consumption. Sleep in a cool room (maybe) with no distracting light or sound.
Only sleep when you're tired. Plan your meals and exercise (fuck if I know what's best).
Eat healthy (always good). Don't be dehydrated.

I bought some of this a while ago. It does incredible things for the symptoms of sleep deprivation but wasn't very useful beyond that. I had better luck with prl-8-53 (i think that was the name). I had a bit better of a working memory and better retention. I have ADD though and it's a dopamine agonist so I don't know if others will get the same benefits as me.
