The "physicist" approach seems so handwavy desu, I watched a twenty minute youtube on the actual algebraic structure of tensors and got more of an intuition from that than anything else.

You can have my IP and the psychological profile that this site provides (it's kinda fucked up), but you don't get my handwriting. What's always amazed me about these threads are how "anons" take the time to write the thing down, photograph it, AND upload it (a few minutes of labor-intensive activity, at least), never once thinking that it might not be a good idea.

Your professor would be objectively wrong for doing so. Color is (usually)* immaterial; all that any professor worth their salt cares about is that the thing is clean and legible and intelligible so that it can be quickly evaluated, bang, done, on to the next. And what was posted very, very clearly meets that standard. Unless the professor is some sort of color-blind defect freak.

*The color isn't even some ridiculous hot pink, or sickly green. It's a sensible, conservative dark blue which does not attract too much attention to itself. The hand is more legible than certain type fonts. The poster is still stupid for uploading a specimen of their handwriting though, like everyone else in this thread who has done so, but they clearly have excellent penmanship.
