I've always wanted to get an MRI of my head, just to see if there's anything obviously wrong up there. Is this a good idea? I know there's a risk of over-diagnosis, but if imaging detects a tumor before it's symptomatic and enables treatment before the disease causes harm isn't it worth the risk?
I would consider getting a brain MR.
Don't get a spine though, everybody looks awful and most of it is clinically meaningless.

I remember getting x-rays for my spine.
The tech said to make my neck as straight as possible.
The doctor interpreting said I had neck problems because my neck was too straight.
