I have memory problems due to depression, lack of sleep at proper hours and perhaps genes, I wonder what else causes poor memory skills.
How do I fix this, /sci/?

Go to the doctor. Ask for a blood panel. Ask what is tested for in standard blood panel (usually: A1C to check for beetus and the major vitamins and minerals that are most commonly out of wack: B12, A, D, Iron... others.)
