I treated someone in the hospital a couple weeks ago with the same build. Had +3 pitting edema, hypertension, multiple cardiac stents. And just recent had another mi. He could still walk and was very smart. Thats part of the reason he was ok with his situation. Unfortunaetly that wont be the case for long. Honestly, he'll be dead any moment, and If he survives his cognition will decrease by a huge margin. Very sad case.
