It's not a big thing but when I sit down to shit, I often make the trouble to pull out at least one big long pube. Maybe I've done a few dozen over the past year or two.

Typically people with trichotillomania pull out hair on their scalps till they have bald spots. I don't think pulling out body hair would require treatment.
