probably not if you dont have a history of it and are open to alternatives like vyvanse

just tell the doc you thought you didnt need it but eventually started self medicating with caffeine. i dont think its uncommon for people with adhd to stop their medication but realize it was helping them later on.

nicotine helps a little with focusing but it's not the same and you get a tolerance pretty quick.
