Math degree with a minor in CS or, at least, take some CS classes and get programming certs outside of uni.

you need to a cs degree to get a cs job at any major corporation if you don't have experience. if you have a sweet portfolio and are a good "culture fit" then you can get work at whatever startup, and and get to the same place in time. but not having a degree might hurt you down the line, if any place has it as a strict requirement, and it will effect starting salary and by extension the amount you make over a career

Also remember that You must have a Graduate degree to work as Mathematicians.
To get into Grad School you must get a high GPA.
Math BSc with Low GPA is worthless.
While you can get a job in CS even as a College Drop Out.
But you need a CS degree to be worth more than a Pajeet.
If Pajeet has a CS BSc & you have just High School, then the Pajeet can steal your Job.
And if you want to get hired by top companies like Google or Facebook then you have to get CS BSc or at least Math BSc with minor in CS.
I'm doing CS with a math minor personally.
doesn't matter if you are going to grad school (i sincerely hope that's your plan)
