Enrolled in Genetics, General Physics 1, General Chemistry 1, and Statistical Methods. I enjoy stress and a 16 hour schedule this fall
>>9023489
>only 16 hour
>not sarting with linear algebra and vector calculus
>not immediately taking modern physics
brainlet tier. back when I was an undergrad, I took 19 credits my first quarter because the university wouldn't let me enroll in more.

This is a completely regular schedule for STEM, so you better get used to it. It only gets harder from here.
Maybe not, though - looks like you're probably premed.
>>9023489
You are like a little baby. I have 31.5 hours this winter
>communications for engineers
>numerical methods
>digital electronics
>physical electronics
>electromagnetic waves
>systems and simulations
Fluid mechanics and its lab, CAD, modern computional methods, society of automotive engineers car projects and work. Fuck.
>>9023519
>4-7 credits/course
No
>>9023489
16? I usually take at least 24, you're just a freshman too
>>9023531
There's no college in their right mind that would allow someone in STEM to take 24 credits/semester.
I get that we're all shaming OP for being a little freshman complaining about a normal course load, but stop lying.
>>9023548
the hard cap of my uni is 26 credits
the expected load is about 18 credits
if you're not a fucking brainlet you will take much more than the expected load, aka take all you're supposed to and go take graduate classes as well so you aren't a complete failure
brainlet

You're obviously not in an American school then, which is what everyone in this thread is using and referencing. Even the most intensive American schedule caps out at 18-20 semester credits, and that would probably require written consent from the dean.
American classes are usually 3 credits, sometimes 4 if there is a lab.
>>9023580
Can't really unless I want to take useless classes that don't count towards my degree. My university offers very little classes for the science departments 4 chemistry professors for the whole chemistry department and 1 physics professor.
>>9023502
Organic and Chemical Analysis will probably be the roughest things I take (fall 18). I had Embryology and Physiology together this spring. My university offers very little in terms of math and science that won't conflict.
>>9023618
Gen chem is 5 hours at my university. The statistics is only 3 hours. I'd take more but there's not a lot of courses available for me. We had a chemistry professor just quit and now we're down to 4 total in the entire department. Our university is going down the shitter.

I'd definitely take graduate level courses if my school offered them. We only have aviation, psychology, and education in terms of graduate courses.
OP has turbo-autism and is a faggot
>tfw only need 12 credits a semester to graduate asap
>can't take more to graduate in less time because of prerequisites
>tfw just taking electives that schedule around my core classes to graduate instead of interests
