It did absolutely nothing of the kind. The portion "Why is school..." implies OP is a student. Why would a student be involved with a school bureaucracy? It sounded like meme whining, a sign of someone who wants to be spoon-fed knowledge. The comment about the grammar was to point out that he isn't qualified to make judgement about how the school operates, when he isn't implementing the knowledge imparted upon him. It was much more than a simple grammatical jibe, and you're enabling the entitlement attitude. Seriously, go fuck yourself.
