Just stating a fact, a person has a power to neglect his contribution (and more) simply by planting trees everywhere. And that doesn't cost you anything but root hormone price. You just buy that hormone and apply to tree cuttings, and put them into the soil, that's it.
People are damn stupid, they are still need to be told such simple things.

Don't worry, nature is doing it instead. She's growing Amazon

Maybe consider reading anything at all about a topic before telling everyone else they're wrong.

Not that it doesn't help, but it's way too little to possibly turn the tide. It requires coordination of nations, and thus politics. Unfortunately.

>If you believe in climate change, you should plant trees and preach that to others.
Why are you listing such arbitrary things together like that? Climate change has nothing to do with trees or preaching or even humans for that matter. We can't stop it and shouldn't even try. Stagnation is death. Change is life.

The Amazon is experiencing extreme deforestation.

root hormone? Lmao just use willow bark to make the horomone. Also you should be growing the roots while still on the tree for many cuttings. Saran Wrap moist peatmoss around a growing branch, strip about 2inches of bark and wait a few days for roots to show up in the sayran wrap.
There really is now excuse not to be planting trees, or better year entire forests using ecological succession to your advantage, planted forests aren't as good as emergent ones. Even if you somehow aren't concerned about climate change, you should be doing this to mitigate biodiveristy loss, the bigger problem that no one ever mentions.
