Not necessarily, you're basically rolling the dice on both sides. One 10/10 could actually come from a line of good looking people while the other 10/10 could have just gotten extremely lucky in a line of average looking people.

As far as factors is concerned the last four to five generations of a person's ancestral genome on both parents side is one. Another is the health and nutrition of the lineage particularly on the maternal side.

Also let it be known a number of 10/10s are in reality 7 or 8's with makeup and good fashion.

I know multicultural people like to talk about hybrid vigor as if it applies to anything besides inbred dogs or plants.

But consider a tomato plant. You have heirloom varieties that have a stable genome with predictable traits, however you must breed a heirloom with members of the same variety.

If you breed a heirloom with a different variety you may get a hybrid which will have traits from both parents. Now breed two hybrids together and you're going to end up with random traits from whatever stable ancestors the hybrids are from.

So if you have a 10/10 from a specific ethnic background you can breed it with another 10/10 of the same ethnic background and you will end up with a predictable 10/10 or at least a child of that ethnic background.

If the parents are from different ethnic backgrounds the child will have randomized traits from both backgrounds, creating a random hybrid.

Here's the other thing about hybrids, they have a mix of traits from both parents, some synergize, some do not, in a single individual it will be random. Hybrids do not necessarily have predictable traits.

Does this post sound like scary Eugenics? Well it should, because applying the science we use to create plants and animals with desirable traits and applying it to humans is eugenics.

Your post is misleading in that you might suggest there is a common median rather than separate traits of ethnic lineages.

With dogs if you breed a (pure) corgi with a corgi you will always get a corgi. Slightly randomized corgi, but you won't get much genetic drift unless you do it for multiple generations and select for non-corgi traits.

The offspring of a corgi will not revert to a wolf unless there is natural selection pressure to do so. Even then it will not revert to a wolf, a survival of the fittest corgi will evolve into something wolf-like (assuming wolflike is the best survival traits).

People are sexually selected on

That's not how it works you fuck and what's worse is you're completely ignoring the gene pools of the parents in question. Both of those "10/10" could have just gotten lucky and their ancestry could mostly consist of a bunch of average looking bastards.

Likely no. Consider the case were genotype AA is 8/10, BB is 7/10, but AB is 10/10. Only half the time would AB get produced in the offspring.
This is a very crude simplification. Things would get a lot worse when you consider interaction between traits.
