Probably. In the US we'll be afraid to talk about applying it to humans because of Christianity (on the right) and what it might imply about blacks (on the left). Never mind that it might actually be able to help give blacks a better shot in life - it's not really your fault if you're born with 85 IQ. It seems to be making its way into popular consciousness regardless.

With all that said, I don't think fears of Black Rage and riots if we try to suggest that blacks have lower intelligence than other ethnic groups are unfounded. It would be the ultimate insult after all the years of feeding them a diet of "whitey is out to get you" (not that racism doesn't exist).
