obviously you're already convinced it's a good choice since you didn't ask the guy who said yes to explain, so just read it and stop being a brainlet making threads about textbooks you'll likely never open the pdf of

What's your background and what are you looking for?

Yes. Simmons is a nice book for most undergrads. Easy but still much better than Stewart.
Books like Apostol, Spivak & Courant are harder, & indicated to those seriously want to major in Math or Theoretical Physics.
All Math Majors, Some Physicists & the best Engineers definitely will need to go deeper & study Upper Division / Graduate Analysis (the Theory behind Calculus)

What - bookbinding? Tedious, but rewarding to the soul.
- Math? You'd have to become a professor (like working with children?) or statistician (in an office, sedentary all the time).
- Astronomer? Few job opportunities, always begging for funding.
- Builder of orreries? Kinda like bookbinding, but much more exacting.
- Book photographer? Umm... boring. Can't imagine it's very rewarding on any level.
What are you asking, OP?

It has no infinitesimals.
