Well thanks for your valued service to the public anon.
Pre-mRNA splicing regulation.
Going into a biochem/biophysics PhD this fall.

Currently studying ecological networks. I gravitate towards ecology and evolution.
I pretty much have exclusively read about life since I've been capable of reading so I have a Wikipedia-teir knowlege of life on earth. Know alittle about everything but only have a expert knowlege in a few subjects. I philosophize a lot
Currently doing my undergrad thesis on amino acid co-evolution as a restraint for protein structure prediction.

I am studying my state's unemployment benefits program.

Currently studying biochemistry and microbiology. I want to go to grad school for protein characterization and engineering. I just started a summer work term purifying proteins and analyzing their interactions using NMR and pulldown assays. Its pretty cool.

Microbial ecology of the gut in the context of chronic viral infection.
Currently studying lizards' hemipenis

>biochemfag
metabolic pathways and regulation of glycolysis, glyconeogenesis, glycogenesis, Kreb's cycle, Calvin cycle, Cori's cycle, photosynthesis, bio-fuels and natural products of plants

Amino acid-regulated transcriptional antitermination Bacillus anthracis

Applying for microbiology PhD programs in the fall (shocker, I know). I'm not totally sure I'll make it in however.

Posting from my car where I am sleeping as I drive across the land to get to a research station.
This rattlesnake study had better be worth it
