Hey /sci/, not looking for an /adv/ tier thread but I need recommendations for what to study over summer
I'm going into materials engineering and I've finished calculus II with an A+. My chemistry is fucked (C) but my physics (mechanics, not EM) is pretty solid (A-/A). Where should I go? Study chemistry? Study introductory materials science? Study vector calculus?

High school chem?

I took AP Chemistry and passed with an A in the class but failed the exam because the teacher didn't get through half the year (pregnancy)
I study it occasionally in my free time with public practice exams and notice plenty of room for improvement
Normal high school chemistry I passed with a perfect grade
You know, when I think about it I'm not bad at chemistry it's just that I haven't covered a lot of it

I should mention that the C is from my average performance on these exams

Matrix Algebra/Elementary Linear Algebra. It's easy and typically not required for Engineers but helps greatly with the coursework.

How do you pass with an A but get a C on exams? Do you mean you got a 2 or 3 on the AP exam but an A in the course?

Exactly that. Like I said, our teacher was pregnant and left for a full semester so we didn't exactly have proper guidance. I know I could have studied for it myself but I dedicated a lot more time to physics.
